Daniel is a PhD candidate in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Bologna after a graduate education in Business Administration; he is an ICT professional and manager. He performed several studies on Digital Transformation software-related processes in Defense agencies and multinational banking institutions, which he actively consults. His research interests include Empirical Software Engineering, Managing Information Systems and Computer Science Education. He is fellow of different research institution, like the Italian National Research Council (CNR), the Italian Interuniversity Consortium for Computer Science (CINI). He also lectures Computer Science classes at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Bologna. Since January 2015 he acts as managing director of a high-tech company within the sustainable mobility sector.
